How a commission works

- How long does it take?
- It depends on the piece, so you get the date together with the quote — before you commit to anything. Your order page then shows where it has got to.
- How does the fitting work?
- When the piece is ready you are notified and you pick a fitting slot at the atelier in Sofia, from the studio’s own calendar in your account.
- What if the fit is not right?
- That is what the fitting is for: it is adjusted at the atelier before it goes anywhere. Anything you notice later, write to us from your account and we will tell you what can be done.
